Making a Donation
Making a donation could not be easier. Simply go to our Donate Now page and enter the amount and frequency of your donation, click on “Next Step” button and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.
We accept credit and debit card payments from Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Switch, Solo and Visa Electron. All payments are processed by our bank (Barclays) directly and we do not receive or store any credit card details.
Alternatively you can place your order by telephone on 020 3858 7550 during UK office hours. Other methods of payment are listed in the How You Can Help page.
Base Currency
All transactions are denominated in UK Sterling. If making a donation from outside the UK, the transaction will appear on your credit card statement at an amount in your local currency which corresponds to the UK Sterling price translated at our bank’s exchange rate for the transaction date.
Country of Merchant Domicile
The Country of Merchant Domicile is the UK.
Credit Card Security
All online credit card transactions are processed using secure encryption by a third party handling agent which has been approved by our bank Barclays Merchant Services. We do not receive or store any credit card details from these transactions.
Privacy policy
QfE does not disclose buyers’ information to third parties.
Cookies are not used on this site.
Refund Policy
In accordance with Charity Commission rules we are not usually able to give refunds for donations made through this site. Where refunds are made, it is at QfE’s discretion.
