When making a donation I chose to make regular payments. How can I cancel these regular payments?
To cancel regular payments simply get in touch us by email or by giving us a ring, telling us that you wish to cancel your regular payments. We will then cancel your regular payment in our system. You will find our contact details on our Get In Touch page.
Refunds
Can I get a refund for any donations that I have made in error through this site?
In accordance with Charity Commission rules we are not usually able to give refunds for donations made through this site. Where refunds are made, it is at QfE’s discretion.
